I have a huge crush on Penelope Cruz. My sister is always picking on me about it. I am so in love with this Spanish beauty. Her film Nine has just hit DVD. I never got a chance to see it when it was out at the theater, but I am definitely wanted to see it. I finally saw it last weekend. I loved it. I thought it was an amazing film.
Penelope has really been on a roll the last few years with films such as Volver, Vicky Cristina Barcelona (which she won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for), Broken Embraces, etc. She's co-starring in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Penelope is also in a relationship with Oscar winner Javier Bardem. This photo shoot is from the January 2010 issue of Interview magazine. These are definitely different from the usual photos I've seen of Penelope. What do you think? Do you like these or not? I prefer the color photos over the black & white ones. Let me know what you think.

I'm not so sure about this shoot. It's a lazy shoot and it robs her of her sensuality... she can still look edgy and tough and scary without having to 'lose' her sensuality.
...but that clip...ouchhhh!!

I agree with you about the colour photos being better (although the second picture in the set made me look twice: I thought it was Eva Green to begin with!) The b&w pics are a bit too self-consciously arty. I don't think the photographer needed to make the shoot so artificial. Penelope Cruz has a natural beauty and she doesn't need this kind of artiness in order to look stunning.
The video, though ... ooof, cold shower required!
