Shirley Eaton Is A Golden Babe

goldfinger

Even though her role in Goldfinger is very short, Shirley Eaton's Jill Masterson is one of the most memorable Bond girls. Of course, much of that probably has to do with her unique death in the film. Here's the clip where James Bond discovers her body.

I love Shirley Eaton who had already some kind of career before Bond but sadly a Bond girl like so many Bond girls found her career lost!

Hey Jeremy. Thanks. It was great hearing from you. I totally understand. I read all your blogs whether I always comment or not. I do try to leave a comment here or there. It was wonderful to see a comment from you. Cheers!

Hey Mirko. Thanks for the comments. She definitely seemed to never have much of a career after this. This is such a memorable role that will live in cinematic history.

Hi Keith, Thanks for popping by! You certainly like the ladies Hee Hee, and who could blame you! In my head Im Elizabeth Taylor when in reality I am probably more Richard Burton LOL! I love Bridget Bardot too, she was beautiful, my husband has my permission to cheat if he was ever propositioned by a BB doppelganger (but there could only be one Bridget.....fingers crossed!) Im a big fan of the Carry On films and Shirley Eaton was in one of them, she was gorgeous X

Still, I think this is a better death than being covered in oil in Quantum of Solace!

Hello Vintage Kitten. Thanks for the comments. I appreciate them. It was great to hear from them. Oh yeah. I really do love the ladies. I'm a big fan of the beautiful women of the 60's and 70's. I try to share that with my friends here. Bardot is definitely a goddess to me. There are other women too that I adore. I'm a big fan of Bond girls.

Hey Can We Please. I totally agree with you on that.

Hey Dave. Thanks. I do love this film. I'm a big fan of From Russia With Love and Thunderball. I've seen the movie of Modesty Blaise, but never read any of the books. I would love to though.

Hey Scott. I noticed that a lot of Bond movies have been on lately. I watched The Spy Who Loved Me not that long ago.
