There's nothing quite like looking at photos of some beautiful women. I find all these women to be very attractive. I'm not sure how many of you know any of these at all. These are some actresses of the 60's/70's that I find to be very sexy. All of these women bewitch me with their beauty. I am totally under their spell. I hope you will enjoy all the photos below. Which do you like the best?
Also, does anybody have any suggestions on how to promote my blog? I was talking to somebody about this the other day. They seemed surprised that I was curious about this subject. I guess they figured I had enough people visiting my blog and commenting. I know I get a lot of comments. I've also got a lot of people who follow my blog, plus there are a lot who are subscribed to the feed. I'm still interested to learn more about how to get more traffic to my blog. I want to build up my readership even more. Any advice at all would be well appreciated? Thanks so much.

They are very slow to show up. I also know some people have had trouble leaving comments. Some comments never seem to appear at all. It is very irritating. I'm getting really sick of Blogger right now. I do hope you will bear with me Please continue to leave your comments. They are always well appreciated. I love hearing from you guys. Thanks so much. I did want you all to know what's been happening. Take care.

Diana Rigg Is Ready For Action
I love all these photos of Diana Rigg. They were sent to me by my friend Michael. I hope you enjoy them. It's always great to see some pictures of Diana, the English actress known best for her roles in The Avengers and On Her Majesty's Secret Service.

Mie Hama Adds Some Asian Spice to James Bond
Mie Hama played the role of Bond girl Kissy Suzuki in You Only Live Twice (1967). I think she's very beautiful, plus she's got an amazing body. She's one of the few Asian actresses to ever be a Bond girl. That's something that definitely needs to change.
P.S. I hope you'll check out my latest post at Celluloid Slammer. I posted a video featuring clips from You Only Live Twice. The music on the video is the theme song by Nancy Sinatra. Please feel free to leave some comments there too. Thanks.

Diana Rigg Has Beautiful Legs
Diana Rigg is best known for her roles as Emma Peel on The Avengers and as Tracy in On Her Majesty's Secret Service. She was after all the woman that James Bond married. Diana was always one of those women that was sexy and tough. I love that in a woman.
Something else I really dig is this photo of Diana. Check out her incredible legs. Hubba Hubba!
I found this wonderful tribute video dedicated to Diana Rigg. I hope you'll enjoy it too.

Claudine Auger Is My Kind Of Bond Girl
One of my favorite Bond girls of all time is Claudine Auger. She played Domino in the 1965 Bond film Thunderball. I love to see a sexy woman with a gun. That's so hot.
Enjoy this tribute video I found dedicated to her.

Carole Bouquet Is My Object Of Desire
French actress Carole Bouquet co-starred with Roger Moore in the 1981 Bond film For Your Eyes Only. This was the first James Bond movie I ever saw. That makes her my very first Bond girl. I'll always have a special place in my heart for her. I had such a crush on her when I was a boy. I think she was beautiful both then and now. I've never been able to forget about her.
Here's a tribute video I came across that is dedicated to her. I hope you will watch it.

Sean Connery & Ursula Andress Take On Dr. No
I love this poster for the James Bond film Dr. No. Sean Connery is looking ultra cool as 007. Plus check out Ursula Andress. Wow! She's so incredibly sexy here. This poster alone would sell me on this movie.
P.S. So what do you guys think of my new header? I changed it yesterday. I hope you like it. I've always loved that picture of Brigitte Bardot.

Ursula Andress Is So Very Honey
The character of Honey Ryder, as played by Ursula Andress in Dr. No, is the iconic Bond girl. Ursula is such a goddess. Her introduction in Dr. No is one of those memorable cinematic moments. I know I love watching it over and over again. Every Bond girl finds herself compared to Ursula. I can understand why. Ursula set the example with her role as Honey Ryder. She's so incredibly sexy that it's hard to beat that.
P.S. Sugar & Spice is the recipient of the You are a great read! award. This honor has been bestowed on this blog by Mrs. M over at the very cool Slacker Chic blog. I was very thrilled that this blog received such an award. It's nice to know that there are others out there who enjoy what I do here. My other blog, The Dino Lounge, had also received this award recently. I'm very happy that so people actually like what I'm doing with my blogs.
Here are some blogs that I would like to give this award to:
Cotton Candy Truant
Dancing Girls
Don't Stand There Gawping!
Fabror Sid
House of Self-Indulgence
Lethal Dose
Love Train for the Tenebrous Empire
Sylvia Kristel Fans
I hope you will check these blogs out. I really love them all.

Shirley Eaton Is A Golden Babe
Even though her role in Goldfinger is very short, Shirley Eaton's Jill Masterson is one of the most memorable Bond girls. Of course, much of that probably has to do with her unique death in the film. Here's the clip where James Bond discovers her body.

Checking Out The Luscious Shirley Eaton
Now that's my kind of view. ;-)
I did love Shirley Eaton's small, but memorable, role as Jill Masterson in the Bond film Goldfinger.

Sean Connery Inspects Claudina Auger's Foot
Ouch! I think I've got something in my foot.
Seriously though, Thunderball is one of my favorite Bond films. It not only stars my favorite 007, but also features Claudine Auger as Domino (one of my all-time favorite Bond girls).

20 (Plus 2) Women I Admire Meme
I was tagged by Molly at Ashcan Rantings to participate in this meme. It's called 20 Women I Admire. I had created a meme recently over at The Dino Lounge about 20 Men I Admire. It got a lot of great response. I was very thrilled with that. I was more than happy to participate in this meme that Molly created.
I had done a meme awhile ago that was called The 20 Actresses Meme. I posted many of my favorite actresses from the 1960's and 1970's. I didn't want to repeat that same list with this particular meme. I decided to do something a little different. This new list features women that have all played Bond girls.
Some might find it strange that someone can admire women that have played Bond girls. Personally I do. This is an elite club of women. There are so many actresses that would kill to play in the latest Bond film. All of these women are very beautiful. Of course, some of the characters are more or less eye candy. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that. But there are also plenty of these characters who are strong and very capable women in their own right. They play a big part in the success of Bond's mission.
I have picked one woman from each Bond film. There are other women I love from these movies, but these are the ones I chose. They are not in the order of preference, but in the order of the year their particular film came out. I hope you like my list. Let me know which of these women you really like. I'm not going to tag anyone, but please feel free to participate yourself if you like. Thanks.
1. Ursula Andress as Honey Ryder in Dr. No. (1962)
2. Daniela Bianchi as Tatiana Romanova in From Russia With Love (1963)
3. Honor Blackman as Pussy Galore in Goldfinger (1964)
4. Claudine Auger as Domino Thunderball (1965)
5. Mie Hama as Kissy in You Only Live Twice (1967)
6. Diana Rigg as Tracy Bond in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969)

8. Jane Seymour as Solitaire in Live and Let Die (1973)
9. Britt Ekland as Mary Goodnight in The Man With The Golden Gun (1974)
10. Barbara Bach as Anya Amasova in The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
11. Lois Chiles as Holly Goodhead in Moonraker (1979)
