Sybil Danning Plays A French Pussycat

pussycat-frombyron

This poster comes courtesy of my friend Byron.

I know very little about French Pussycat. I do know I love that poster. Wow! This movie was released in 1972. It stars Sybil Danning as a woman who believes she can get a sex columnist playboy to propose marriage to her before they've ever had sex. She gets a job working for him as his maid. She walks around half naked flirting with him. She's driving him crazy with lust and desire, but she no't give it all up to him. That's pretty much all I know. Anybody ever seen this? I do love Sybil Danning, so I would love to see this.

I'm not sure how many of you have seen this movie. I've included the trailer instead of trying to give you an idea of what this movie is about. It should explain all you need to know. I hope you enjoy it.

Stephanie Beacham Meets Dracula In The Groovy 1970's

I actually first saw Stephanie Beacham on The Colbys and Dynasty. It was at some point after that when I was making my way through all the Hammer movies starring Christopher Lee as Dracula. It was when I came to 1972's Dracula A.D. 1972 (click on the title to be able to watch the whole movie online) that I discovered Stephanie had been a Hammer babe at one time. This film was Hammer's updating of the Dracula franchise into a modern setting. Stephanie played Jessica Van Helsing, the granddaughter of Abraham Van Helsing.

The Vampire Lovers

The Vampire Lovers is a Hammer horror movie from 1970. The film is about a sexy vampire, played by Ingrid Pitt, who preys on Emma (Madeline Smith) and other beautiful young women. It is based on the vampire novella Carmilla. The movie is quite daring for its depiction of lesbianism. It's one of my favorite movies done by Hammer Films.

Meet Some Hot Freshmen Girls, Plus I'm Now On Twitter

incoming_freshmen

I love this poster for
Incoming Freshmen. This is another one of those movies I've never seen, but I sure would love to. This sex comedy came out in 1979. The poster alone would sell me on seeing this movie. Those are some hot babes. I should have stayed in college. I knew I was missing out on something. :-)

I did find out a little about this movie though. It seems to be about a country girl who heads off to college to further her academic studies. She finds that the other students would rather be partying and having sex. I saw a few reviews for the film. Most of them were fairly negative. Whether the movie is good or bad, I still really dig the poster. I still would give the movie a shot if given the chance to see it. I've probably see much worse.

P.S. I'm now on Twitter. Click on the graphic below. For those who are over there too, please follow my tweets. I'll do the same. Thanks. Do you have any recommendations for me of people I should be following over at Twitter. Plus if there are people who you think might be interested in following me, please feel free to let them know about me. I appreciate it all. Cheers!

It's Time To Head Back To School

I might have stayed in college if it had been this fun. :-)

seniors

Has anybody ever seen Seniors? This movie looks like something right up my alley. I checked to see if I could find any info on it. I saw that it came out in 1978. Dennis Quaid and Priscilla Barnes were both in it.
