Welcome To Sugar & Spice!
Welcome to Sugar & Spice. My name is Keith. This is the third blog I've started. My other two are The Dino Lounge: Coolness Is Timeless (about Dean Martin and the Rat Pack) and That Black Magic (about black entertainers of the past and present). Many of you reading this blog post are probably already readers of one or both of my other blogs. If you've never had the opportunity to visit my other blogs, I hope you will do so at your leisure.
I'm a huge fan of the swinging 60's and groovy 70's, whether it's the movies, music, tv shows, etc. I am also bewitched by the gorgeous babes of those two particular decades. There's just something so sexy and seductive about the beautiful women, whether famous or not, of the 1960's and 1970's. I've had crushes on many of the stars of that era, including Ann-Margret, Raquel Welch, Sharon Tate, Brigitte Bardot, Pam Grier, and many more. I feel like I'm under some sort of spell. I know that I'm not the only one though. I've talked to many guys who are enamored with the sex kittens of that time. There are also plenty of girls who feel a connection with the hot chicks of the past.
I wanted to create a blog that would reflect that love and adoration I have for the beautiful women of the 60's and 70's. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what I plan to do with this blog. I will be updating it fairly regularly. There will probably be at least one post most days. I'll post pictures, videos, movie reviews, and so on. I definitely hope that you will make this one of the blogs that you visit each day. I know I'm asking a lot of people since I already have two other blogs. I appreciate all my readers of my other blogs. I hope that many of you will also check out this blog on a regular basis. Definitely feel free to leave me all the comments that you like. I really dig hearing from people.
I also have a Sugar & Spice page on MySpace. I hope you will check it out. Thanks for all your support as I start a new endeavor with this blog. My wish is that you will enjoy all the luscious eye candy that I post here. I can't see how any red-blooded male possibly couldn't. Let the fun begin. Cheers!

Hi Keith, while reading your first entry I wondered why so many men and even women like to see those beautiful women of the 6O's and 70's in contrast to the ones of today in the media. And then it struck me that it must have something to do with plastic surgery and the famous nip/tuck. In those days only a few women did do plastic surgery so they were almost all classic natural beauties and not the plastic empty dolls of today who all look alike! And it is that what attracks a lot of men to yesteryears beauties, men who are tired of seeing women with lips like auto tires, breasts like life jackets and skinny like they came from a land in Africa...
Hello Mirko. Thanks for the comments. It was nice hearing from you. I couldn't have said it any better myself. I know that's at the top of why I love all the beautiful women of the 60's and 70's. I prefer their natural beauty over the fakeness of the stars of today. While plastic surgery did exist, not every woman back then was surgically enhanced. Today many women are probably more synthetic products than natural flesh. Plus they airbrush photos so much today. I think the contemporary Playboy magazine compared to that of the 60's and 70's is a perfect contrast. I find men all the time, both online and offline, than talk so much about the women of the past. I hope you like what I do with this blog. I really enjoy your blog on Marisa Mell.
Another great blog my friend! Have fun with it! (I'm sure you will;)
Thanks Sue. I appreciate that. I'm sure I will. :-)
Keep up the great work with this blog, Keith! I like the name of the blog by the way...
